Configuration

The configuration of the application will be completed in accordance with the
functionality required.  This will includes ledger and sub ledger links.
This will not typically include, for example, the creation of the chart of accounts as
the original application comes with a standard chart of accounts based on the
selection of business type during the creation wizard.

Data migration

This refers to the conversion of data from legacy systems by using the wizards
provided by the MS Accounting application. These wizards are very easy to follow
and cover the following areas: Accounts, Customers, Suppliers, EmployeesProducts.

The data migration process presumes that data to be migrated can be provided
in text or Excel format and includes conversion of data into a form acceptable
to the MS Accounting 2008 and data loads using the wizards provided.

There should be no need to manually input any data to be migrated into Navision
as long as the data to be migrated can be provided in text or Excel format.

But please be aware the wizards do not cover all the data loads required.
For example:

*For customers, suppliers, services, bank accounts and credit cards: Status
(active or inactive account)

*Customers and suppliers: Terms, Grouping, Bank a/c information,
Credit rating, price level and salesperson. The Financial Summary and Financial
History are also not fully covered but will fill out somewhat when the data is
imported.

*Employees: Terms, preferred payment method and payment reference.

*Stock products:Commodity code, asset account and sales group.

*Non-stock products: Commodity code and sales group. Kit is not covered by
a worksheet.

For all data migrations, it is very important to ensure data integrity. All data
migrations completed by FPC are fully checked against data provided before
completion and load into the live environment.

Data migration does not refer to any regular data transfers from, say, legacy
feed systems.
